Designed for vacation rentals, condos, second homes, and seasonal residences, each visit combines detailed cleaning with thoughtful presentation—so you can confidently return to a beautifully cared-for space or welcome your next guests. Laundry and linen washing, restocking, interior windows, window tracks, appliance interiors, sliding glass doors, lanai or patio cleaning, and specialty services are not included but may be added separately. Properties requiring extensive cleaning, laundry, restocking, or specialty care may require a personalized quote. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Appointments are confirmed once you receive confirmation from Settled and Styled. Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Same-day cancellations, or situations where we cannot access the property may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service cost. Our pricing is based on the services selected at booking and the information provided about your home. Any additional requests made while we are onsite - such as baseboard cleaning, inside cabinets or appliances, extra rooms, heavy buildup, excessive clutter, or other add-on work, may incur additional charges and may be completed only if time allows. Payment is due upon completion. If you have a concern with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review it and, when appropriate, arrange a touch-up.
