Service Description
SEASONAL OPEN-UP A deeper clean for a house that has been closed up, ready before you arrive. Starting at $350 | 5 hours Southwest Florida houses do not sit still for six months. Humidity gets into linens, paper and leather. Dust settles on surfaces nobody has touched since April. The pantry needs emptying of whatever was optimistically left behind. The Seasonal Open-Up is our Deep Home Cleaning with the seasonal extras included rather than added on: - Baseboards cleaned throughout - Refrigerator and freezer, inside - Range hood degreased - Ceiling fans dusted and wiped - Linens and closets aired and checked for humidity damage Everything in the deep clean is included as standard: kitchen, bathrooms, floors, surfaces and finishing touches. Timed for October and November arrivals. Book with your arrival date and we will have the house ready before you land. Serving Estero, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples and Sanibel.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Appointments are confirmed once you receive confirmation from Settled and Styled. Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Same-day cancellations, or situations where we cannot access the property may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service cost. Our pricing is based on the services selected at booking and the information provided about your home. Any additional requests made while we are onsite - such as baseboard cleaning, inside cabinets or appliances, extra rooms, heavy buildup, excessive clutter, or other add-on work, may incur additional charges and may be completed only if time allows. Payment is due upon completion. If you have a concern with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review it and, when appropriate, arrange a touch-up.
