DEEP HOME CLEANING A detailed, top-to-bottom reset for a home that needs extra care. Starting at $350 Our Deep Home Cleaning includes everything in our Signature Home Cleaning, plus detailed care for areas often missed during regular service. Ideal for first-time cleanings, seasonal resets, visible buildup, or whenever your home needs an intensive refresh. WHAT’S INCLUDED KITCHEN • Clean and sanitize countertops and backsplash • Clean sink, faucet, stovetop, and microwave • Wipe appliance exteriors • Detail cabinet fronts, edges, and handles • Clean around accessible small appliances • Polish stainless-steel surfaces • Detail accessible corners and edges • Vacuum and mop floors BATHROOMS • Deep-clean toilets, sinks, faucets, tubs, and showers • Detail shower doors and fixtures • Clean accessible tile and grout • Clean mirrors and glass • Detail cabinet fronts and handles • Remove accessible surface buildup • Sanitize high-touch areas • Vacuum and mop floors BEDROOMS & LIVING AREAS • Detail dust furniture, surfaces, and décor • Clean doors, handles, and light switches • Make beds upon request • Vacuum carpets and rugs • Vacuum and mop hard floors DEEP-CLEANING DETAILS • Detail baseboards, door frames, and accessible trim • Dust accessible blinds and shutters • Clean window sills • Dust reachable ceiling fans and light fixtures • Remove reachable cobwebs • Detail high-touch surfaces, corners, and edges • Give extra attention to visible buildup RECOMMENDED FREQUENCY Recommended every three to six months or as needed. PLEASE NOTE Pricing may vary based on home size, condition, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, accessibility, and the level of care required. Interior windows, window tracks, appliance interiors, sliding glass doors, laundry services, lanai or patio cleaning, and specialty services are not included but may be added separately. Add-on pricing varies based on size, condition, quantity, accessibility, and time required. Homes with excessive buildup or specialty cleaning needs may require a personalized quote. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Appointments are confirmed once you receive confirmation from Settled and Styled. Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Same-day cancellations, or situations where we cannot access the property may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service cost. Our pricing is based on the services selected at booking and the information provided about your home. Any additional requests made while we are onsite - such as baseboard cleaning, inside cabinets or appliances, extra rooms, heavy buildup, excessive clutter, or other add-on work, may incur additional charges and may be completed only if time allows. Payment is due upon completion. If you have a concern with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review it and, when appropriate, arrange a touch-up.
